A little more about Bob!

A Life Well Lived
Bob has a rare way of making everyone feel at ease, whether he is telling a story, offering a helping hand, or simply raising a glass with friends. He is generous with his time, quick with a joke and always the first to put others before himself. His family is his world, his friendships run deep, and his legacy is built on kindness, loyalty and a lot of happy memories.

Here is a little more about the man of the moment.

Bob through the years
A few moments from 80 years of family, friends, work, adventures and stories that may or may not have got longer over time.

Family means everything
He is the person who is there when needed, ready with advice, full of stories, and always generous with his time, care and love.
This party is our chance to celebrate not just Bob turning 80, but the husband, dad, grandad and friend he has been to so many people.

A proud Thames TV legend

Bob had an amazing career at Thames TV and it remains a huge part of his story. It gave him a lifetime of memories, friendships, stories and probably a few tales that still require careful editing before being repeated in public.
A brilliant career, a proper legacy!
Land’s End to John o’ Groats
Not everyone can say they have cycled from Land’s End to John o’ Groats. Bob can.
It says a lot about him: determined, quietly strong, up for a challenge, and capable of travelling a very long way before deciding it is probably time for a pint.
